  • I've never experienced yoga before trying Lucy's yoga. Lucy is calm, collective and respectful to me as an individua. I love the fact it's not about the movement it's about the breath. I've implemented some of Lucy's techniques into my daily life, and how other people notice the difference speaks for itself, the impact Lucy's yoga has had on me when attended regularly. Yes it has improved my fitness but the impact it's had on my mental health is priceless. Already looking forward to my next session
