Spring Awakening Workshop

This lovely half day will combine deep breath work using pranayama techniques to allow us to connect deeply with our breath, allowing us to spring-clean our lungs. We will work on some gentle but rejuvenating yoga movements to help to revise and strengthen our bodies.

After a break where nourishing snacks will be provided, we will explore some traditional yoga chants, which are a lovely way to connect together, and bring energy to improve focus and concentration.

We will end with a guided meditation using the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra to allow us to find a deep relaxation, resting the body and calming the mind. This practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium.
